How Do I Return Something That I’ve Bought from You?
- Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: Complete the Contact us form, in the 'comments' please include your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Shipping: Please send the item to the return address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
What Items Are Exceptions?
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened e-liquids or any vape juices
- Coils and atomizers that have been used
- Disposable vape pens or devices once opened
- Gift cards and sale items
- Any custom or personalized items
- Item has been dropped on the floor or in water/liquid.
If any items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
Refund Policy
- Refunds on Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and await a refund on the returned product(s).
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
